Taking a 360 View of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice

Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (EST)

John Stevenson, Founding Principal of CulturaliQ, will be hosting this event where you will hear from an expert international panel on how institutions can tackle Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice holistically from a 360-stakeholder perspective.

John Stevenson

John is a visionary entrepreneurial senior leader known for developing and implementing strategies with proven revitalization and organizational growth. Johns’ global experience, passion, innovative solutions, and superior results were utilized as Director of Public Affairs, Community Integration and Urban Health at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, where he rebranded the hospital as the leading “community teaching hospital.” John has led national organizations in multicultural research and strategy for over 18 years, most recently founding CultutaliQ International, a market leader in multicultural and diversity research, insight and communications.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice have become one of the top areas of focus for all senior executives across North America, who are concerned about their own employees and the public perception of their position around these sensitive topics. The convergence of the Black Lives Matter Movement, the COVID-19 pandemic and spread of anti-Asian racism have added urgency to this discussion.
This conversation has become severely complex and nuanced, as all corporate stakeholders need to be considered in developing an effective corporate D.E.I. strategy. CulturaliQ is hosting a panel discussion bringing international experts to discuss taking a 360 approach at D.E.I., from employees, customers, suppliers to shareholders and the general public.
