Edward Der, Head of Research & Insights at CulturaliQ, is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience transforming research data into strategic and actionable insights. His guiding principle is to truly understand consumer motivation and be the “voice of the cultural consumer.”
Edward specializes in the analysis of consumer motivators and drivers, consumer journey, D.E.I. and shopper insights. He led the Net Promoter Score initiative by identifying hidden opportunity areas, and he is an expert at mapping the digital journey experience. Edward recently completed a DNI COVID-study for diverse communities in Canada.

Dr. Behnaz Gholami
Dr. Behnaz Gholami is a strategic partner of Prompta, she is focused on transforming organizational culture by enhancing the human experience. Behnaz is a change strategist, a social scientist and researcher, and an experience designer.
She is internationally experienced in successfully developing and implementing organizational change management strategies and other business services based on human-centered design and multidisciplinary pragmatic methods and scientific approaches such as design thinking, neuroscience, and psychology, gamification, mindfulness, and behavioral economics.
Her mission is to put human needs and desires at the center of all business practices.
