BACKGROUND

On April 22, 2021, CulturaliQ organized a webinar with an expert international panel on how institutions can tackle Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice holistically from a 360-stakeholder perspective.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice have become one of the top areas of focus for all senior executives across North America, who are concerned about their own employees and the public perception of their position around these sensitive topics. The convergence of the Black Lives Matter Movement, the COVID-19 pandemic and spread of anti-Asian racism have added urgency to this discussion.

This conversation has become severely complex and nuanced, as all corporate stakeholders need to be considered in developing an effective corporate DEI strategy. John Stevenson, from CulturaliQ hosted a panel discussion bringing international experts to discuss taking a 360 approach at DEI, from employees, customers, suppliers to shareholders and the general public.
